Numbers are provided in blocks of 1, 5, 10 and 100 – if you make a change, the change will apply to the whole block. Number blocks of more than 1 can only be guaranteed for Australian Capital Cities (pending availability).
** Free calls: subject to Websecure's Fair Use Policy. Please check Websecure Terms and Conditions. Calls to 13 and 1300 numbers are charged at $0.25 per call untimed. Calls to 1800 numbers are free.
1300 number: will be provided upon request after the product has been delivered. All plans involve a one-off $70.00 installation fee for the 1300 number. It may take up to two weeks for the activation of the 1300 number service.

Basic Virtual PBX Features

With Websecure Virtual PBX, your business will benefit from a host of handy features included FREE with the Virtual PBX.

Call groups
Allows you to route how the incoming calls flow through your Virtual PBX lines, either from extension to extension (sequential) or multiple extensions at the same time (simultaneous)*. And you can even route calls to external numbers (i.e. mobile, landline, or even overseas number).
Follow Me
Allows you to re-direct incoming calls to ring multiple destination numbers. You also select how long one number rings before the call is forwarded to the next one. Plus, Follow Me treats external numbers as extensions in the Virtual PBX.
Auto-attendant
An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu that presents the caller with options for the call to be transferred to the area of interest.
Voicemail
Allows the user to record a greeting and invite the caller to record a message when the call is unanswered.
Voicemail to email
Forwards the voicemail left by the caller to an email address of your choice in a .wav file.
Caller ID presentation
The Virtual PBX handsets have the capability to display the telephone number of an incoming call on the LCD screen.
CLI Overstamping
Set your Company number to display in caller ID when making calls from any phone in your Virtual PBX, so your clients can easily identify the number and answer the call.
Direct In-Dial (DID) number
Regular telephone number to receive incoming calls from the public telephone network.
Call Park & Pick-up
Allows you to parka call without specifying a receiving extension,so you can browse the office until you find a suitable location to pick up and continue the call.
Call transfer
Allows you to transfer incoming calls to other extensions in your Virtual PBX, or to any other telephone number.
Call hold
Enables you to put a caller on hold while a second call is answered or made.
Music on hold
Enables you to activate a default classical music track for the caller to enjoy while on hold.
Call waiting
Notifies you of an incoming call while the line is in use.

Extension dialling
Allows Virtual PBX users to setup a four digit extension number and call each other using this number free of charge.

Multisite
Virtual PBX extension can not only be in the same office, but anywhere in the world as long a there is an internet connection and all calls between extensions are free of charge.
Fax capable
Allows you to send and receive faxes through our VoIP network.
